Dr. Alex Wolting is a naturopathic doctor from Chatham, Ontario. She loves the outdoors and spending time in nature, which led her to pursue a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences at the University of Guelph, and a Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Born and raised in Chatham, she has always had a passion for nature and athletics. She attended Chatham Christian School and Ursuline College Chatham, where she played basketball, volleyball, and track and field. Dr. Alex understands the mindset, nutritional needs, and training and recovery demands of both competitive and recreational athletes, having been a member of the University of Guelph basketball team. She continues to stay active with recreational sports and long distance running, including the Ottawa marathon, which she ran in May 2024.
